Reflects ohcnetwork/care#3729 which removed the `criticality` field from `ConditionReadSpec`. The field had no backing DB column and was always returned unset, so its removal is a clean API cleanup. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
