The Starter guidance allows readers to skip manual setup that remains necessary for the Java EE and servlet tutorials, leaving required dependencies, configuration, and application classes missing for deployment.

This documentation-only PR addresses broken external links reported in #215 and replaces obsolete project-template and community-extension guidance.
Changes:
- Redirect BPMN, DMN, and FEEL references to Camunda resources.
- Replace Maven archetype guidance with Operaton Starter and community-extension guidance with Operaton Hub.
- Remove unavailable testing-library, Drools demo, and IronJacamar references.

Fixes the 404 external links reported in #215.
The Camunda Modeler blog link from the issue was already gone from
deploy.md.Closes #215 once the next link check is clean.
