Pin every public action used in .github/workflows to a full commit SHA, with the release in a trailing comment. The major version in use is kept, only the latest patch of that major is picked. mschilde/auto-label-merge-conflicts and Simek/yarn-lock-changes tracked a moving branch (master/main) and are now pinned to their latest release (v2.0 and v0.14.1).
