* options.defaults, add sanitizeMessages option defaulting to true for xhrFetch * server.fetch, sanitize error messages and statusText, preserve cause, avoid redundant passes * logger.helpers, expand key-value token redaction, widen url pattern, retain delimiters * server.getResources, sanitize errorPath and format unknown errors in processDocsFunction * tests, add fetch and logger sanitization suites, update snapshots
