Founder of Parmana Systems. I build controls that let AI agents act on real systems: every action is checked against signed policy, and every record can be verified offline by anyone.
I am a technology entrepreneur, AI systems builder and independent researcher. My work covers decision infrastructure, autonomous systems and verifiable computing, with a focus on how organisations keep control over actions taken by AI, software and people.
At Parmana Systems I am developing deterministic authorisation, execution integrity and cryptographically verifiable evidence, so that actions stay within explicitly defined authority. I am particularly interested in turning business intent into enforceable rules, so that authorisation is explicit, execution is predictable and outcomes can be verified independently.
What can an AI agent do, and how do we prove it?
A prompt instruction is not a control. What holds up is a check before each action that a person has approved, and a record a third party can verify without trusting the system that produced it.
The core (parmana-core), the verifier and the SDKs are open source under the Apache 2.0 licence.

My focus is where AI agents meet accountability: who authorised an action, what policy allowed it, and how a third party can check the record afterwards.
- AI governance for agents: why a prompt is not a control, and what enforceable controls look like.
- Verifiable AI: signed execution records, post-quantum readiness (ML-DSA-65), and offline verification.
- Regulation in practice: mapping agent controls to the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001 and RBI guidance.

Typical audiences: business leaders deciding what AI agents may do with money, customers and systems of record; security teams that authorise, monitor and audit agent actions; governance and compliance teams that must show evidence to regulators; and educational institutions shaping AI policy and responsible-use guidance.
