What: 87 portal-moonshot-*.netlify.app / moonshot-voting-* pages titled "Vote to List — Powered by Moonshot", seen on urlscan.io on 16–17 Oct 2026.

Why they should be blocked:

Fake "Vote to List — Powered by Moonshot" pages: the visitor is asked to connect a Solana wallet and sign a transaction that drains it. All checked pages load the same drainer kit (backend walletadapter-cdn-cloud.com) and pay out to the same wallet AUGgSebbav7uqreDaT5LGQQ4K6x2AYKEMEiJYfBVWooz. New subdomains appear about every 30 minutes. Evidence: urlscan.io scans listed below. Moonshot's official site is moonshot.com.

Only pages whose urlscan title is the drainer lure are included; other domains that merely contain the word "moonshot" were excluded. A pattern rule for portal-moonshot-*.netlify.app would help, since a new subdomain appears roughly every 30 minutes.

Evidence: urlscan.io scans

The documented Pages build regenerates the blocklist, but package creation can leave its generated JSON missing or stale. This is a bounded packaging risk; add a build step before relying on package consumers.

Regenerate blocklist JSON before packaging.

This PR changes only blocklist.yaml. index.js loads generated JSON files, but the files are ignored and no package lifecycle hook regenerates them. A package publish can therefore include stale JSON without these URLs. Add a prepack hook:
