What it does:
It improves readability of long responses by applying bionic reading formatting, bolding the first 4 letters of each word in chat text. It only affects normal prose, so code fences, inline code, URLs and numbers are left untouched. Commands are /bionic-on to enable, /bionic-docs for documentation preview, and /bionic-comments --force for comment-only mode.
Testing:
Verified via Claude Code custom skills. Uploaded on 8/17/26 and confirmed in Skills settings. Tested activation with /bionic-on using a sample question about user authentication with JWT and verified correct bolding while code blocks stayed clean. Token count is 107 lines / 1111 tokens.
