docs: Scroll the schema table in place on phones

Before: on phones, the schema table on Normalization, Overview and the Schema API page widened the page to about 600px, so the whole page zoomed out (measured 600px scroll width at a 320px viewport).

After: the page stays at the viewport width (320, 375 and 414px, light and dark, React and Vue docs) and the table scrolls sideways inside its own box.

The tables were hand-written JSX <table>s, which MDX doesn't route through the .table-scroll wrapper in theme/MDXComponents. This wraps them in .table-scroll directly: the schema table partial and the Endpoint Conditions table on Overview, in English and the es/pt-BR/zh-Hans translations (translation locks re-finalized; the translations were current before).
