The other periods of a chart are drawn side by side and sent with one sendMediaGroup (one sendPhoto when only one period lacks Telegram's copy, as an album needs two), where each was drawn and uploaded in turn. The upload no longer waits for a question being answered. A flood limit or a timeout now only skips that album and the next chart tries again; a refusal (the bot can't post in the chat) still switches the preupload off until a restart, as any error did before. Back from the album, which held the quick periods until the slowest chart was drawn and the whole album had landed. Each other period is drawn and uploaded on its own with sendPhoto, all at once, so a period is ready as soon as its own upload lands. The upload still doesn't wait for a question being answered. A flood limit or a timeout skips those uploads (one warning a chart) and the next chart tries again; a refusal still switches the preupload off, with one warning however many periods were refused.
