feat: 프로젝트별 독립 윈도우와 복원 지원

프로젝트마다 별도 Chop 창을 열 수 있습니다. 파일 메뉴의 새 윈도우(⌘N)는 활성 터미널의 작업 폴더를 이어받고, 프로젝트 폴더에서 새 윈도우…(⌘⇧N)는 선택한 폴더에서 셸과 파일 트리를 시작합니다. Dock 메뉴에서도 두 동작을 제공합니다.

각 창은 셸·레이아웃·이름·선택·파일 트리를 독립적으로 유지합니다. 터미널 명령은 활성 창을 대상으로 하고, 화면 모드는 모든 창에 적용합니다. 창을 닫으면 해당 창만 종료하며, 앱 종료는 모든 창의 작업을 확인합니다. v2 세션에 열린 창 목록을 함께 저장하고 기존 단일 창 저장 파일과 파일 트리 설정도 이전합니다.

검증:

• ./scripts/check.sh 전체38개 통과, 디자인 게이트 PASS.
• 실제 별도 AppKit 앱에서 폴더 선택/취소, cwd 상속, 창 전환, 다른 창을 닫은 후 ENV 유지, 세 창 재실행, 0창 후 새 창, 활성 창에만 터미널 추가를 확인했습니다.
• 통합 검사에서 A의 작업 실행 중 대기 중인 B를 닫아 A의 완료 출력과 환경변수 보존을 확인했습니다. 저장 검사는 이전 형식·다중 창 roundtrip·빈 목록·잘못된 참조/경로/과대 저장 거부와 손상 파일 보관을 검증합니다.

셀프 리뷰: 활성 창 선택, 창 닫힘 콜백과 소유권, 앱 전체 종료/화면 모드, 저장 오류 보존과 창별 설정 분리를 확인했습니다. 최종48pt 추가 영역·옅은 단일 경계도 실제 결합 앱에서 확인했습니다. Dock 메뉴는 같은 target/action 연결을 코드로 확인했고 실제 Dock 포인터 실행으로 표시하지 않습니다. 상세 관찰. 실행 중인 원래 앱의 작업은 종료하지 않았습니다.

자동 리뷰 후 수정: 사용자 닫기에서 해당 창의 defaults suite와 frame 저장값을 정리하고, 앱 종료 시 복원할 창의 설정은 유지합니다. 회귀 검사에서 창 위치 이름이 초기화 중 지워지는 경로를 발견해 컨트롤러 초기화 후 등록하도록 고쳤습니다. 전체38개 검사와 실제 앱의 닫힌 설정 삭제·종료 후 두 창 설정 유지/재실행을 다시 확인했습니다.
