What and why
Step 4 of the 2027.1.1 plan: every other step is merged (#74, #75, #76), so
CHANGELOG.md's 2027.1.1 section gets its date, whichrelease.ymlrequires of a stable tag, and a short intro. The plan's progress log records steps 3 and 4.After this merges: tag
v2027.1.1-rc.1on it, approve thenugetdeployment, check the prerelease restores from nuget.org, then tagv2027.1.1the same way (docs/releasing.md).Plan

Docs only. CI runs every suite, the Physical jobs on macOS and Linux Arm64 included, on the commit that will be tagged.
Review
Trivial: a date and an intro paragraph. Read against the merged PRs: every consumer-visible change of #74 and #76 has its line; #75 changes only CI.
