Prepares the image for slide.ng 3.0 (slide-ng/slide.ng#93).
devalways runs with--remote, so slide.ng does not start the deck browser's local proxy, pages load directly with Open in window for sites that refuse framing, and there is no extra port to publish. It also says what a Content-Security-Policy in front of a build needs for the deck browser and its weather card.Still to do once 3.0.0 is on npm: make 3.0.0 the default version (
Dockerfile,docker-compose.yml,.env.example, the build workflow, the bug report template and the README), build the image with it, and add 3.0.0 to the README's check table.
