Same narrowing as superfly/docs#2595, which has the reasoning and a CI check that matched its prediction exactly.

  • Only Fly's own style and Vale's built-ins. The Google, proselint and write-good packages are gone, along with about 55 lines of rules that were already switched off.
  • On: Fly.WordList, and Vale.Repetition at warning level. Vale.Avoid is off, since its one reject-list entry, healthcheck, is already in the word list.
  • The same three word list entries removed as in docs (free tier, k8s, data are), so the two copies of the word list are identical again.
  • The workflow pins Vale to 3.24.0 and skips vale sync, since there's nothing left to download.

Vale.Repetition was off here, alongside write-good's version of the same check, with a note about false positives in code blocks. Turned on locally against every page in this repo, it reports nothing, so I found none of those today.

Verification gap: this PR changes no .md or .mdx, so the Vale step is gated off and won't run. Locally it loads cleanly and reports 0 findings, as before. docs#2595 runs the same config shape on Vale 3.24.0 in CI.
