Point release links to the releases pages - #5

Firmware, Vial and Keybard Overlay links now open each repo's releases page instead of one tagged release or asset, so they show prereleases and never go stale. Prose that named vLaunch2 as the one to download now says to get the latest release. Version requirements and the generated Releases and USB IDs pages keep their pinned versions.
