Why

The sshx Agent skill already lives at skills/sshx/SKILL.md, but the repo has no plugin manifests. Cursor Marketplace loads the portable Agent Plugins manifest at the repository root, and the Claude Plugin Directory expects .claude-plugin/plugin.json. These two files make the existing skill listable without a marketplace catalog or a second skill path.

What changed

  • plugin.json — Agent Plugins 1.0.0 ($schema https://agent-plugins.org/schemas/1.0.0/plugin.schema.json). Skills stay at the fixed skills/ location; the closed schema does not take a custom skill path.
  • .claude-plugin/plugin.json — Claude Code plugin manifest. The default skills/ scan already finds skills/sshx/SKILL.md, so no skills override is set.

Both manifests use:

No marketplace.json, no .cursor-plugin/, and no changes to the skill body or Go code.

Test plan

  • Both files parse as JSON
  • Root manifest fields match the Agent Plugins 1.0.0 closed schema ($schema, name, version, description, author, homepage, repository, license, keywords)
  • Confirm directory submission still wants these two files only (no catalog)
Open in Web Open in Cursor

Publish root plugin.json (Agent Plugins 1.0.0) and .claude-plugin/plugin.json
so the existing sshx skill can be listed in Cursor Marketplace and the Claude
Plugin Directory. Version tracks the latest release, v0.19.0.
