When voice mode is enabled and running HA on the Android app, the chat refuse to speak. It can only listen and understand but does not transcribe the response.

    Implemented in #40. The chat card can now route replies through Home Assistant tts.speak to a configured media_player, bypassing Android/iOS WebView audio playback.
