Development

Clone the workspace and its vendored dependencies:

git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/tinyhumansai/tinyagents.git
cd tinyagents
cargo check --workspace --all-targets
cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets -- -D warnings
cargo test --workspace

The workspace has focused packages under crates/: harness, harness tools, registry, session, definition, runtime, orchestration, live sessions, and integration tests. The vendor/ directory contains shared TinyTools and TinyInference dependencies. The wiki/ directory is a separate published GitHub wiki repository.

Run cargo fmt --check before sending a change. Add cross-crate tests under crates/tinyagents-integration-tests/tests/; keep package behavior tests next to the owning module.
