Summary

Moves tinyvoice-module to tinytools 0.6.0, as part of the tinytools 0.6 migration.

• vendor/tinyagents 5f6dce5 → 543ab27. That is the merge of chore(vendor): bump tinytools to 0.6.0 and tinyinference tinyagents#512 on tinyagents main, and it vendors tinytools 0.6.0 at 3a01641.
• tinyvoice-module implements tinytools::Tool and hands a ToolDispatch to tinyagents-harness (src/service/live/callback.rs). It therefore has to use the same tinytools as the vendored tinyagents, so its requirement moves from tinytools = "0.5" to "0.6".
• It stays a version requirement, as this crate's Cargo.toml asks, so a host can patch it. The existing [patch.crates-io] keeps the standalone build on one tinytools copy.
• tinyvoice-module 0.3.2 → 0.3.4. 0.3.3 was released from epic/8056-modules-wiring (82f96e9) and is not on main, so the next release from main has to be 0.3.4. As with v0.3.3, only tinyvoice-module moves; tinyvoice and tinyvoice-bus keep their versions.

API or behavior changes

None. 0.5 → 0.6 removed tinytools-std::sanitize (now tinytools::sanitize). tinyvoice uses only Tool, ToolCallOptions and ToolResult, so no source changes were needed.

Cargo.lock (crates/tinyvoice-module/Cargo.lock): I checked every changed entry.

• tinytools / tinytools-agent: both copies move from 0.5.0 to 0.6.0. The path copy is the vendored one. The git copy, used by tinyinference-llm, moves from rev bd60b9b to 3a01641.
• tinyagents bump: tinyagents-definition, -harness and -live go from 2.1.4 to 2.2.0. tinystoragedrivers-core/-secrets go from 0.11.0 to 1.0.0 (tag), and with them come ulid and zstd/zstd-safe/zstd-sys. cap-std and its dependencies come in through tinyagents-harness.
• Feature unification: cc gains jobserver, because zstd-sys builds with cc.
• Reverted: an unrelated tempfile → getrandom 0.3.4 → 0.4.3 re-resolution. cargo metadata --locked still passes.

• cargo check --locked --all-targets in crates/tinyvoice-module: passes. This was the one local compile check allowed by our fleet rule.
• cargo metadata --locked: consistent.
• cargo fmt --all -- --check: not run; no Rust source changed.
• cargo clippy --all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings: left to CI.
• cargo build --all-targets --all-features: left to CI.
• cargo test --all-features: left to CI.

None added. This is a dependency and version bump with no behaviour change.
