ci: keep workflow artifacts for 7 days instead of 90 - #5

The nightly run uploads three ~12 MB artifacts a day; with 90-day retention they piled up to ~3.8 GB. Nothing downloads them, so a week is enough. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
