feat(skill): add confirmed expense-delete and ledger-delete alias (1.1.41) - #137

Add confirmed expense-delete and its discovery-compatible ledger-delete alias to the standalone XMemo Skill CLI (v1.1.41), sending only { id } to /v1/skill/operations after local --confirm validation. Align help, SKILL.md, ledger/runtime/troubleshooting references, snapshots, and unit tests.
