GitHub native stack

Stack #4080 targets develop, in order: #4072 → #4074 → #4076 → #4078 → #4079. All five PRs remain Draft. The stack is registered with GitHub, not represented only by titles or description links.

#4072 combines the contracts formerly split into #4071 with the TOML catalog/reader. #4071 is closed as superseded; its commits remain in #4072. No product commits were rewritten for this consolidation.

Changes

• Implement pinned models.dev base inheritance, explicit overrides and omit semantics.
• Validate the selected authored schema and reject unhandled source fields with structured diagnostics.
• Apply a versioned field mapping registry with per-field origins and immutable normalized source catalogs.
• Preserve unknown reasoning budget bounds and explicit null effort values.
• Derive deterministic catalog and entry revisions from parser, mappings and relevant source bytes.

This is a source catalog, not a complete usable model outlet. Nexent supplement rules, API bindings, persistence, request adapters and NativeAgent remain subsequent stack slices. Source inclusion is not verified provider support.

Verification

• Local traditional UT: 232 passed; aggregate coverage 96%.
• Formal component case MPN-D1-001: PASS, three acceptance obligations; semantic assertions independently reviewed. Evidence covers real reader/inheritance/validator/mapper/resolver collaboration, not provider runtime acceptance.
• Clean snapshot v2-6-1-docker-cache restored on nexent-test; native worktree mount.
• Main/web/MCP images built and deployed with infrastructure/application/Supabase.
• Installed Linux SDK: 21 model atoms, 3 providers and 21 provider-model entries loaded; inherited origin, unknown budget, immutability and invalid mapping version checks PASS.
• Required test account hierarchy and service health checks PASS; built-in browser homepage loaded v2.7.0.
• CI unit/main/mcp/data-process PASS (main amd64 succeeded on rerun after a connection reset). Codecov patch coverage: 92.13894%.

All stack PRs remain Draft. AgentScope feasibility is reserved for the NativeAgent kernel stage.
