Use mobile-air and mobile-ui main instead of the combined branches - #75

Most of what the combined/dev-null-app branches carried is now merged into main in both repos, including the Log scroll fixes (mobile-air #564, #569, #571, #575, #576 and mobile-ui #145, #149, #151, #152). So the app now requires dev-main of both, with the same 4.6.0 and 0.8.0 aliases. mobile-ui main has no handle-over-content on bottom sheets (#143 was closed), so the commit sheet stops asking for it. On Android the sheet's bar sits under Material's handle strip again. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Take upstream's camera 1.1 release (NativePHP#73), SDK main baseline (NativePHP#75), the screens' private query() helper rename (NativePHP#76), the 4.2.0-rc.2 binaries (NativePHP#77), and keep the image viewer hanging over the commit sheet without handle-over-content, which mobile-ui no longer offers. Constrain nativephp/mobile to dev-fix/root-tab-reselect (f06d13c, based on mobile-air main with #557) and nativephp/mobile-ui to dev-fix/list-root-tab-scroll-target (28753b7), the reviewed pair the notification centre PR tests against, instead of mobile-ui main.

The app required the
combined/dev-null-appbranches of mobile-air and mobile-ui. Most of what those branches carried has now merged into main in both repos, including this week's Log scroll fixes (mobile-air #564, #569, #571, #575, #576 and mobile-ui #145, #149, #151, #152). Socomposer.jsonnow requiresdev-mainof both, keeping the4.6.0and0.8.0aliases the plugins need. The lock moves mobile-air to 2eda16d and mobile-ui to b2a8b2a, and nothing else changes. These were on the combined branches and are left out on purpose for now:
handle-over-content, which main doesn't know about, so the sheet stops asking and one test assertion goes. On Android the compose sheet's cross and check now sit under Material's 48dp handle strip again. To revisit once this has been tried on Android.PHP binaries: mobile-air main now checks the binaries manifest's signature and checksums (#573), and the 4.2.0-rc.1 manifest has neither, so
native:installstops on it. This merged before the fix was pushed; #77 moves.env.exampleto the signed 4.2.0-rc.2 and mobile-air to the latest main. After pulling this, run
php artisan native:installfor your platform, because the native shell comes from mobile-air.The full suite passes (1193 tests) and pint is clean. This hasn't been built to a device yet.
