fix(deps): bump grpc, x/crypto and x/net for known CVEs - #236

Upgrade google.golang.org/grpc to v1.84.0, golang.org/x/crypto to v0.54.0 and golang.org/x/net to v0.57.0 so the module is clear of the listed grpc, crypto and net advisories. Co-authored-by: Nick <surlymo@apache.org>

…237) * Fix publish-docker startup_failure: replace docker/login-action with docker login The ASF allow-list expired the docker/login-action v4.2.0 SHA pin, so the workflow failed at startup again after #236 merged (as before in #229 and #231). A plain `docker login --password-stdin` step does the same thing with no third-party pin to expire. This clears the advisories govulncheck still reports after #236, including five x/net HTTP/2 ones reachable from swctl's HTTP clients. The only remaining finding is GO-2026-5932 (x/crypto/openpgp is unmaintained, has no fix, and is not imported). Bumps grpc 1.73.0 → 1.84.0, x/crypto 0.38.0 → 0.54.0 and x/net 0.40.0 → 0.57.0 to pick up their published security fixes; the other x/* and protobuf bumps come along with grpc. dist/LICENSE and CHANGES.md updated.
Locally: build (all platforms), vet, unit tests, golangci-lint v2.11.4, license-header, dependency-license and check-codegen pass. The OAP e2e jobs only run on this repo's CI.
