test: cover API parity endpoints and update response assertions - #1344
The production test job failed four exact JSON assertions after the API parity update. Correcting those assertions exposed a second blocker: the new API endpoints had no HTTP coverage, leaving the full suite at 98.5% against its required 100%.
The tests now expect the shipped response fields and exercise the new API paths. Application behavior and coverage requirements are unchanged.
Changes
Keep exact response checks and include organization metadata, bio profiles, and reply participants.
Cover signed direct and org call lifecycles, signalling, relay access, blocking and membership refusals, and invalid SDP.
Cover live-stream updates and following lists, organization claims and competing claims, and the combined reply-recipient limit.
Verify the callee’s cached call is removed, empty maps preserve their JSON object type, and ended streams explicitly include a null live field.
Validation
Reproduced the four failing assertions before the fix: 107 passed, 4 failed.
Focused parity endpoint and commit tests: 115 passed, 579 assertions. All 21 initially incomplete classes reach 100% line coverage.

bun run test:unit: passed, 216 Node tests and 791 component tests across 72 files.

Review follow-up: 32 affected tests and 178 assertions pass. A temporary mutation confirmed the corrected decline/failure assertion detects a call left in cache; application code was restored before all final checks.
Visual and device testing is inapplicable: all changes are PHP feature tests, with no application or UI changes. PRODUCT.md and KNOWLEDGE_BASE.md need no update.
