🔵 Needs a closer look
The buffer ownership assumptions still need verification against the actual NimBLE implementation, beyond the test replacements.

What changed in this PR
Fixes L2CAP write failure handling to avoid reporting success or replaying partially transmitted data.
Changes:
- Aborts failed writes and requests disconnect without retrying native send errors.
- Corrects buffer cleanup and final-fragment bounds while preserving accepted stalled sends.
- Adds six native regression tests and sanitizer-enabled CI.

A native L2CAP error can currently be reported as a successful write:
write()only checks< 0, while severalwriteFragment()paths return positive NimBLE errors. ENOMEM/EAGAIN also retry a consumed SDU, which can replay an already transmitted prefix.Treat every nonzero fragment result as failure, stop submitting later fragments and request disconnect. Do not retry native send failures. Preserve accepted ESTALLED handling, free caller-owned mbufs on EBADDATA/EBUSY and append failures, and calculate the final fragment without forming an iterator past the end.
Validation:
The native replacements model mbuf ownership and send results; they do not simulate RF or controller capacity. Credit-wait lifetime, concurrency and teardown are deliberately left for a separate follow-up. No HCI-backpressure or private IDF interface is introduced.
Native ownership was also checked against the actual ESP-IDF-shipped source, beyond the replacements:
ble_l2cap_sendforwards toble_l2cap_coc_send. EBADDATA and EBUSY return before attaching the SDU; after assignment,continue_txkeeps ownership on ESTALLED, frees the chain on error, and may already have transmitted a prefix. Verified revisions:
