Moves vendor/tinyinference from b21593f to f5c0e56, which adds tinyinference#137 (auth-failure credential kind for the tinyhumans provider). No manifest changed in the range, so Cargo.lock is unchanged. tinytools stays at 75e42ba, already its main.
