Changes

• Introduce strict, provider-neutral context limits, reasoning controls and atomic source references under core/model_service/profiles.
• Preserve unknown values separately from explicit unsupported/false; reject coercion, conflicting controls, invalid capacity and unsafe paths.
• Keep capability declarations separate from user parameter values. Do not connect or modify existing model/runtime paths in this slice.
• Record traditional UT responsibilities separately from formal D1–D5 assets; no duplicate formal Case for isolated contract validation.

Verification

• Local: 65 unit tests passed; contract module coverage 100%; Ruff passed.
• Formal asset implementation validation passed for MODEL-PROFILE-CONTRACTS-20261013; overall model onboarding/NativeAgent acceptance remains pending.
• nexent-test: restored clean v2-6-1-docker-cache, mounted this worktree natively, built main/web/mcp images and deployed infrastructure/application/Supabase with repository scripts.
• Built image and deployed config container: valid contracts imported and inconsistent/invalid capacities rejected.
• Authentication health endpoint and in-app browser homepage verified; required test tenant and ADMIN/DEV/USER accounts initialized without changing super-admin credentials.
• Initial deployment used incorrect component names; corrected to infrastructure,application,supabase and deployment completed. No product workaround was required.

Remaining scope

This PR delivers contract primitives only. Catalog normalization, resolved outlet persistence, provider request/response adapters, migration/UI and NativeAgent remain subsequent steps. AgentScope feasibility will be evaluated before NativeAgent kernel implementation.
