This commit is a major overhaul of
react-virtualized. It includes a rewrite to TypeScript, a migration from class to function components (to support newer React versions), and more modern build tooling.Several long-standing bugs came from the 9.x class-based design; fixing them requiring breaking API changes. (See the CHANGELOG for a full list of those changes as well as migration instructions).
